My name is Gashnirg, a 28-year-old self-taught cinematographer passionate about capturing cinematic portraits. My goal is to reveal the essence of each subject through images infused with raw energy and emotional intensity.
Each shot becomes a window into the complexity of the human experience, where love, hope, and resilience intertwine. I approach every session with curiosity and empathy, seeking to create an authentic connection that opens the door to exploring inner stories.
My projects are an invitation to feel deeply, to dive into the subtle shades of existence, and to rediscover the beauty that surrounds us.

Avec ANIMAL, Jacky Jack dévoile un clip intense dans l’ombre du ring et du saxophone. Producteur et saxophoniste, il façonne lui-même un univers urbain inspiré de ses racines latines. Aux côtés de Julien (Gash), l’objectif était de traduire l’instinct brut à travers une vision conceptuelle forte - un univers sombre, loin des clichés. Un instinct sans filtres.

Excellente idée de collaborer avec Gashnirg : son univers sombre et contrasté a parfaitement sublimé l’ambiance nocturne de *BYBO*. Son talent pour exploiter les jeux de lumière et les éclairages est impressionnant, et l’utilisation de matériel professionnel se ressent clairement dans la qualité du rendu. Sa méthode de travail, atypique et très minutieuse, repose sur une organisation rigoureuse et une planification détaillée en amont. Ponctuel et réactif sur le terrain, il a brillamment géré toutes les étapes du tournage, du montage au color grading. Sa passion pour le visuel transparaît dans son investissement à 200 %, il ne fait jamais les choses à moitié. Ce fut une collaboration fructueuse et enrichissante — je le recommande vivement !

I’ve had the opportunity to do two photo shoots with Gashnirg. Each time was a great experience, professionalism and good vibes were both there. As a woman, I felt very comfortable, which is of course essential for a successful session. Julien has great ideas, draws inspiration from his surroundings, and is demanding of himself, which naturally shows in the final results. I wouldn’t hesitate to do another shoot with him!
